My 1st pregnancy ended with elevated bps and protein levels. My 2nd pregnancy I experienced the worst headache of my life and had to plead for a test to check for preeclampsia because I had normal bp readings. I had very high protein levels and “atypical” preeclampsia. 5 days postpartum I had right side pain, swelling and headaches. My spouse checked my bp and it was 198/102. I was treated for 3 days and complained of headaches. I was dismissed. At home within 3 hours I developed stroke symptoms and bp of 203/122. I had multiple vertebral artery dissections. This then triggered RCVS. Last pregnancy I had preeclampsia symptoms by the 12 weeks, hospitalized most of my pregnancy and had an emergency c-section at 27 weeks. I developed postpartum preeclampsia a 2nd time at 5 days postpartum.
