When I was 26 weeks, I had nausea, vision changes, swelling, a headache that didn’t go away with Tylenol, and a rapidly climbing BP. I repeatedly made all of my physicians aware of my symptoms, but each of them told me it was “normal”. At 38 weeks, I made the decision to go back to the hospital and demand answers. This was the day that I was induced for pre-eclampsia. I it had postpartum along with eclampsia. Now ten weeks postpartum, I am still left with blurry vision, headaches, and cognitive impairment. Always trust your instinct.
