Houston Promise Walk for Preeclampsia

The Promise Walk brings together families, survivors, healthcare professionals, friends, and community members for one powerful purpose: to raise awareness, honor the lives affected by preeclampsia, and help make pregnancy safer for everyone.

This year, the Houston Promise Walk is more than a walk. It’s a day for our community to come together, connect, celebrate, remember, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

❤️ We walk in memory of the mothers and babies we have lost.
❤️ We walk in honor of the survivors.
❤️ ?We walk for the families whose stories are still being written.
❤️ And we walk toward a future where no family has to face the devastating impact of preeclampsia alone.

A Family-Friendly Community Celebration

Bring the whole family and make a day of it! We’re thrilled to welcome an incredible lineup of healthcare organizations, local businesses, vendors, entertainers, and community partners.

Texas Children’s Hospital will be joining us, along with a mobile museum experience from Texas Children’s Museum, giving families an opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with one of Houston’s leading pediatric healthcare organizations.

Our event will also feature:

DJ Waynehead keeping the energy going throughout the event
Raffle prizes and giveaways, including a generously donated custom Kendra Scott necklace, products from Legendairy Milk, a Fleet Feet gift card, and more
KindCactus, helping bring our event to life with beautiful décor
 On the Park Toys & Candy, bringing plenty of fun for our younger attendees
Lone Star Snowcones, serving up a cool treat for the whole family
Texas Children’s Hospital and other healthcare and community organizations
Houston Children’s Museum
Local businesses, vendors, sponsors, and community partners
