Re : CM question
WHen I got preg with my first I knew nothing of TTC. I just went off the pill, had a bunch of sex that month and get pregnant. My 2nd was an "uh oh" baby ;) With this 3rd I really wanted it a certain month. I learned all about the CM and about cervical position, etc. I noticed egg white CM one day and CP was pretty high and soft so we had sex that day. The next day CM was even more and definately egg white and CP was really high and really soft so we did it again. The next day on CM and CP was dropping so we stopped and really didnt have sex the rest of the month honestly ( thats when my sis first started getting sick and I was caring for her son, etc.) ANyway, those 2 days were enough! Here I am 18 weeks pregnant. I think if you can notice that egg white CM it really helps with knowing when to do the deed ;) Good luck to you all!

Re : CM question
You girls are so organized...! Can you bottle some of that and send it my way?!?!
Right now I'm working on the - have fun often and pray method! I just can't bring myself to temp - I tried when we were TTC Zach and I lasted about a week. I'm just not that diligent, and, I was blissfully ignorant as well - I thought pregnancy/childbirth was as easy as having sex and bringing home a chubby little baby nine months later...
Anyway, I'll just keep praying my method works for a couple more months!
Best of luck to all here!!

Re : CM question
I recommend Fertility Friend as well!! I've charted for 5 months, and then I had to take a break.. (for my sanity!!) After a few months I was starting to get obbsessive about the charting... so I had to back off. It is fun to see your chart, and realize what your body is doing.. and of course, I still temp the last week of my cycle, just so I can hope that I"m pregnant!! :)

Re : CM question
angelKat, thanks[:D].
Julie; it's so tough, isn't it? And I know (and I'm sure you know, too) that the more we obsess over this, the less likely it is to happen at this time. And that makes it even more tough!
What helps me a little is charting my temps every morning, and then plotting them online (with "Fertility Friend", they offer a free VIP membership for the first 30 days).
This way, I can see roughly when there is even a chance of getting pregnant, and when it clearly isn't an issue. So this helps me not obsess for at least part of the month.
During the times where it is possible I could get pregnant, I get so excited to go to sleep at night, because that means I can wake up the next morning to get yet another temperature and log on and plot it (wierd, I know!).
And then on FF they have a place where you can look at other people's charts and see if yours resembles theirs at all and see if they became pregnant and get hope that maybe you will, too...makes it a little more fun.
Hang in there. I have high hopes for both of us (and lots of wishes of ++'s for everyone else here TTC!).
