Oops, sorry - I didn't mean to break forum rules...
Unfortunately, NASSHP is no longer making their membership public (at least on the website), so that is why I've been trying other ways to narrow down to a MFM with specific interest in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy...

Re : Preconception Consult in Chapel Hill
Hi there and welcome.
I'm afraid we are unable to mention specific hospitals or doctors on the forum, but there are a couple of links here that will help you find an MFM in your area.

I hope that helps - please do take a look around the wider forums and ask any more questions you may have.

Preconception Consult in Chapel Hill
Hi Ladies - I had preeclampsia in my last pregnancy and delivered my daughter in March 2006 at 37 wks, 3 days... I now have chronic hypertension and am well controlled on Aldomet. DH and I are thinking pretty seriously about trying again starting this summer/fall - I, of course am terrified of PE again. Can anyone suggest a maternal-fetal medicine specialist at UNC who would be good to have a consult with before I start trying again? I was taken care of by the Midwives at *** with one brief consult with MFM, so I don't already have a relationship with a MFM doc. I would feel alot better if I had a plan in place... Thanks!
