Philadelphia news anchor develops pre-e
Re : Philadelphia news anchor develops pre-e
Wow, I hadn't heard about this and that is the news channel that I watch (when I can). I am glad that PE is in the news so others hear about it. I'm also happy that Tam had a good outcome and healthy baby boy. I will be sure to check out the new blog they are doing.

Re : Philadelphia news anchor develops pre-e
I knew someone was on top of it... :)
I do think having someone in the public eye truly helps.

Hi, your point about not affecting baby caught my attention too, among other things.
As Kara, mentioned we are reaching out to the newscaster to be sure accurate info is understood and passed on from here. I personally hope to connect directly since living local to her.
Of course there is great value in having a respected TV personality speak out to the public in this way. Also seeing the PF website noted/linked will do good for many in this area who read the article.

Kris,
There are a few inaccuracies in this story. We have people reaching out to her from the home office. Hopefully some more good will come of that.

Re : Philadelphia news anchor develops pre-e
My only issue with what was in this is that she said pre-e affects the mother and not necessarily the child..I beg to differ as Tyler was really affected since he suffered from IUGR and Michael was as well and I think they are connected.

Thanks Jen for posting this! A great report, and thank goodness for a positive outcome. Having a news reporter experience this will be valuable in spreading word to the public.
I'll connect with Eleni so that the appropriate contact will be made on behalf of PF.
