Blocked ducts -- any chance b/c clotting disorder?

I'm wondering if other BFing mamas with clotting disorders have had problems with blocked ducts too?

I keep having problems (2x developed into mastisis), pretty much every time I go more than 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours between pumpings. The lactation consultant I saw today (I think the most experienced one in my area, trains other LCs) said it was unusual, and there must be something unique with my ducts. It occurred to me after she left that I never mentioned my clotting disorder, and I wonder if it's somehow relevant?

I'm a small-chested person to begin with, so my theory has been that I just don't have the storage capacity for all this milk! (sigh!)

Hope everyone else is getting more sleep than I am -- at least baby is growing great! :)
