Re : Weird Question
Had it before pregnancy, and got better after each pregnancy.
Re : Weird Question
I had this all my life *until* I got pregnant. Never since.
I think it is hormonal and it did go away while I was on BC.

Re : Weird Question
Your story is exactly like mine. I have been to the OB/GYN about it and they wanted to put me on BC pills but with the history of PE/HELLP Syndrome I don't feel comfortable with taking any BC pills. I am going to a specialist along with a nerologist for my horrible headaches that lead to my vomiting etc.
Re : Weird Question
That happened to me after my first baby (no pre-eclampsia) and didn't stop until I changed my birth control pill from progesterone-only (mini pill) back over the the combined formulation (finished nursing). Just a thought.

Weird Question
Hi! I'm new to the forum and was wondering if any women who had pre-eclampsia experienced something similar when AF started again:
For nearly an entire year after the baby was born, I experience simultaneous episodes of diarreah and vomiting when I close to or on a period. I will vomit several times in a row etc. Sometimes it is over in an hour but sometimes it last a few hours.
I thought it was related to my C-section since they rearrange all the organs during surgery, but my doc said not likely. So, I was wondering if anyone else who had pre-eclamsia ever experienced this after delivery.
