Could be heat rash. I tried Sacha in one of those sun protecting all-in-ones when he was 2 and he broke out everywhere - we had to resort to fewer clothes and a ton of sunscreen.

Eczema can look differently on different people. I've had eczema since I was a child and my docs always said it looked different than most cases. Mine looks like little pimples. I also get heat rash...go figure! I've got heat rash on my neck right now, and it hasn't been over 75 degrees yet. Does it seem to be itchy? You might call the nurse and run it by them, too.

I don't think its eczema because my nephew has it and it doesn't look like it. It looks like zits on her forehead, dupie,cheek and back. There is like 1 of each on each of those places. They are red and have a bump to them. I try to wash those spots every morning/night to make sure they stay clean.

We have seen some bumps that are heat related, usually on his cheek below his eyes and along the cheekbone, they get a bit red and are small but do go away when he cools down.

Is it a blemish or a rash (like mild eczema)? Kids do get blemishes, but my experience has only been one here or there. My two are prone to eczema when exposed to irritants and, if it's not a major outbreak, they'll get a spot here and there. Could it also be a mild heat rash?

Gabrielle has been getting a lot of blemishes on her face, back and dupie. Is this common to happen at almost 2?
