LOL you actually get used to having a 30lb 1 year old to tote around and don't notice how heavy they are.. Done it twice now.

Alex and Mason are 4 lbs apart!! Alex is 48lbs at almost 6 and Mason is 44 lbs at 3.5. Its SOO much fun when they both decide to body slam themselves onto my back!

LOL, I hafta agree...there are advantages to having skinny kids. I was just thinking about this the other day as I was pushing a buggy through Petco loaded with:

Parker - 39 lbs, age 4 3/4
Vivian - 27 lbs, age 2 1/2
Lily - 28 lbs, age 2 1/2

and the puppy, who's weighing in at about 13 lbs - that's over 100lbs before we even got any dog food!

Hard to believe all 3 of their birth weights together were less than 12lbs! [:)]

I am with you on that!! Riley is 4 and about 28 pounds. I can still wrestle and lift and swing her like I would a 2 year old. That sounds big compared to your kids, though. :)

I am right there with you.....I spend most of my days toting around not one, but TWO little peanuts....one on each hip. I must say that my biceps are quite toned without getting to the gym that often, but if they weighed more than the 21 lbs they weigh, I do not think my back would still be functional!

OK, so I mentioned in a previous post about my sister staying here for the week (my husband took my other two kids to Colorado skiing, and my sister and my nephew are staying with me and Aiden), and Logan, my nephew, is not feeling great, so he is having a hard time getting put to bed. I tried to relieve my sister, and put him to bed. He just turned a year, and he is 27 pounds, that is a load! to try to lay down or carry! I am used to my little 9 month 13 pounder! Granted he is very small, and should be bigger, he is at least easy to manage! I can barely lift the heffalump that is Logan[:)]
