Hey Ladies!! Beginning this coming Monday, I want to start "Monday Measurements" where we can keep track of our measurements as well as our weight on Weds. I figure since scales can't differentiate between fat, muscle, water weight, etc., we can now use this tool as well to check how we're all doing. What do you think?
Here's what we will be measuring: bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves, and arms. Here's hoping for some good results!![:D]
