I have been reading about all the research done with urinary placental growth factor (PlGF) in the past year and how low levels at mid pregnancy seems to be a indicator (95% accurate according to the study in the New England Journal of Med) of pre-e.
Are doctors able to test for this now using a urine sample? It would seem to me that the peri's would be all over this. Has there been any correlation between the levels of PlGF versus levels of severity of pre-e?
Are you worried about your partners pregnancy? Has your partner already had preeclampsia? Do you have advice for other dads who could be going through similar experiences as yourself? Post here!
