You're right, it's absolutely not fair. All that effort ttc to finally get pregnant and then this. It's my fear too. You do not have to be positive.

Our first son was born and passed in Feb of 2010. Born at 29 weeks due to HELLP and passed due to NEC. We miss him every day. :~(
Our second son was born at 39 weeks gestation in Nov of 2011. No HELLP or pre-e! Took LDA starting at week 12 and went off of it at week 38!

I am so very sorry to hear this. I unfortunately know exactly how you feel. I had a D&C a week ago today when we didn't find the heartbeat in either of the babies...it's horrible and I to am lost and empty. Hang in there, it does get a little better each day. (((hugs)))

The doctor gave me a prescription for medication that will make me expel the fetus. I called my regular OB and the earliest he can do a D&C is tuesday. I do not like the idea of waiting around and carrying a a dead fetus. All i can do is pick myself up, and keep moving forward.

Oh, my, I am so sorry to hear this! Each time we have to let go again, the disappointments grow bigger. It is good to have a good support system.
Has your doctor given you the option for a D&E? They had me wait for 2 weeks last time, but nothing happend, so I needed the procedure, and I was glad I did.

I am so sorry to hear that the doctor didn't find a heart beat. It has to very hard for you since you have done so much in order to carry this child. I understand why you would lose faith in everything. Just know that I will be thinking of you and you are in my prayers. *HUGS* Shannon

No Heart beat
Well ladies,
My worst fear came true. today, was my first ultrasound at 8.5 weeks, and the doctor did not see a heart beat. I am devastated, angry, and just tired. I am tired of the disappointments, of the trials and tribulations. I am tired. I am sick of hearing about GOD, and I do not want to remain positive. I have been strong and now I have nothing to give. I feel so lost and upset. Enough is enough. Thank good ness for my friends and family who always support me. Now, I have to wait to expel the fetus. Its just not fair.
