Hi, sorry it took so long for me to reply. It's been really hectic around here (I'll post and update soon). I was on LDA (while TTC and through delivery day), Lovenox, Folic Acid, and prenatals. I ate a normal diet, no different from what I was eating before. I had to adjust my diet at 28 weeks due to mild gestational diabetes. At that point, I cut out excessive carbs. No real changes to my diet, overall. Good luck!Congratulations! I am so happy for you and your family. I have been following some of your posts and also the replies to my post.
This time around I saw you mentioned you did LDA, Folic acid, & prenatals. Can I ask what your diet consisted of? Day to day what would you eat and not eat? I know the say diet may have little to do with it however I feel like everything is worth a try. My husband and I are expecting a second baby after have severe pre-e with our first.

Laura: Was diagnosed w/ PE at 35 weeks, though had swelling and headaches back to 28 weeks. Went undiagnosed for several weeks!! Had Severe Post-Partum PE up to 3 weeks after delivery. BPs not return to normal until 6 weeks post partum.
Son born 11/2/07 at 35 weeks. 4 lbs 9 oz.
Will be TTC Spring 2012 - Currently have new High Risk OB & a MFM Specialist for better outcome for next time around.

OMG Jasmin!! I was just thinking of you the other day when I was looking at a calendar! I thought to myself you should be having Rainbow any day now and here he is!
