26 weeks and nervous about today's appointment
Re : 26 weeks and nervous about today's appointment
Alice, I like your note to body!
Re : 26 weeks and nervous about today's appointment
Take it easy mama!! I had the same reaction to clonidine as adgirl. PP it brought my BP down out of stroke level within 30 minutes or so. I called my labetalol Pez since they seemed about as effective as that. (((HUGS)))

Thinking of you and hope everything calms down for a little while pre-e wise. I know it is scary for things to be starting up this soon for you again ((hugs))
Re : 26 weeks and nervous about today's appointment
My BP was nuts POST delivery with my first, and Clonidine really helped a lot. Made the labetalol look like a sugar pill. Hopefully, you'll have the same effect from the Clonidine and it will keep you out of stroke territory.
Prayers coming your way!

Oh Suzanne, I just read your updates. I am so sorry things are heading in this direction for you again. I pray you make it several more weeks. Keep reading the letter to your body.....:)

Suzanne,
I too hit the labetalol pretty hard last pregnancy. It is crazy, but I hope it keeps you in the game for a while longer.

Suzanne,
I am sorry you are stuck without a paycheck for a while - that can be scary... but we do what is best right? I'm glad you are still at home for a bit. I love Alice's letter to you body - let's hope it listens!
Wishing you a few more weeks at least.

Suzanne,
sorry you have to be on bedrest so soon. Hope it helps with the meds to keep your baby boy on the inside for a lot longer.
