Mandy I'm going through some rough contractions sometimes. Its scary and hard. Hang in there glad about the ffn... Its soon to have a baby but that means in three weeks you and I will be keeping each other company!

Mandy -
Happy to hear that your FFN was negative too! I know it's a pain to deal with the contractions - I had a total of 2 of them and thought 'whoo' so I know that I'm not the best to give advice so I'll just leave it with I hope that you have an easy time and that you're not having anymore!

Okay, I know I am a wimp!

Glad your FFN was negative! Hopefully you don't have GD, and sorry you have "deal" with the contractions.

Glad you got checked and your FFN is negative. I was told that a negative was nearly 100% certain that you wouldn't go into labor for 2 weeks. Bummer about the GD. Good luck with the test!

Hope you've called and gotten answers by now! I used terb (not long term, though) with El, and all was okay. I wouldn't mess around with PTL, though -- I hope you just have a really irritable uterus. Let us know how you're getting on.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to call my doctor. I was considering just waiting until my follow up appt on Monday, but the pains are getting worse. My best friend was on terbutaline for several weeks and she had no problems. I just get worried, and prob look online too much, lol. I will keep everyone posted as to what happens. Thanks again.

Like Sonja said, your should let your doc know what's going on and your concerns. And, FWIW, I was on terb (injections and oral) for both of my pregnancies and had no issues and no early babies due to PTL.
