I am on bed rest and just finished a project I have wanted to do for YEARS. At Hallmark they have blank cookbooks, they are super cute. I bought one and put all my favorite recipes in there and organized them. Now they are all in once place, love it.

Make DH re-arrange the furniture so you can see the T.V., LOL! I could kind of see ours but had to arch my neck while lying on my left side. NOT comfy!

One thing that I don't recommend - being alone with a debit card and a laptop!!!! I made my dh take mine away!

Read - some books to try: The Sweet Potatoes First Big A** Novel (yes, it's really named that!)
Anything by Mary Kay Andrews - Savannah Blues, Hissy Fit. Anything that's fun, light, and makes you laugh and stays away from the baby issue!

Making lists of dinner menus/shopping lists for when you get home - done by weeks.

If people have planned to help you out, making lists of what help you need.

Just some ideas!

Here's a site that makes me laugh:

Think mystery science theater 2000 meets cookbooks from the 50's and 60's....

I just have to add more videos:

Food Court Musical:

Dan Le Sac and Scroobius Pip:

Juggling Tae Bo:

The PCR Song by Scientists for Better PCR:

The Star Wars Original Trilogy in Legos:

And now I really should get back to work. [;)]

Prepping for my possible impending bed rest. I bought this book: Doodle Stitching: Fresh and Fun Embroidery for Beginners by Aimee Ray (available at Amazon)
and supplies. I have no patience for cross stitch/knitting/crochet as it takes too long to get anything DONE and I can't quilt on bed rest so I'm going to try my hand at embroidery!
