Congratulations! I'm already at 32 weeks, feeling very relieved, and I made it to 37 weeks in my first pregnancy - so I can only imagine how good you are feeling right now. :)

Un beso,

Karoliina

congrats on 30 weeks! My docs always told me the uterine blood flow didnt change later in pregnancy. Infact, since she was growing fine, they would never even check them. If your baby is growing well, your probably doing fine!

30 weeks is great. I did the conversion and 1527 grams is 3 pounds 5.86 oz...that's almost 3 and a half pounds! That's incredible! Good job to you and baby!

I cannot believe that I am actually this far. It is almost unreal and I although things are still fine both with baby and myself, I am so nervous and am waiting for any signal that things are starting to go wrong. But the good news is that on the ultrasound/ doppler earlier this week Martin's size was according to his age and that he weighed 1527 grams (I think that should be 3 pounds 4 ounces in US measurements?) and everything with him was just fine. The only concern was that the average pulse index of the uterine arteries were on the limit - 1.07. My peri said that most probably this wouldn't be a problem since it was still in the normal area (although on the limit) and because the boy is big and doing fine. Also he said that if I start to develop preeclampsia now it would be of a completely different nature than the one I experienced before. I know he was trying to comfort me, but I did get very scared. Just the idea of developing this horrible disease again scares the living daylights out of me. But thankfully bloodpressure is still ok and there is still no protein in my urin. Will have another appointment again in two weeks, so we will see how things develop. In the meantime I pray that the days pass quickly and safely...
