I finally heard from my tests, and they all came back great! I wanted to let everyone know. Thank you for thinking about me. They will continue to do the tests every two weeks until the baby is born.

Well, I called yesterday and as of yesterday afternoon, they hadn't heard anything back from the lab. So, if I don't hear anything from them by this afternoon, I'll call again.

Thank you, it's so nice to know people are praying for me. I know the chances are good that I'll be okay, but prayers always make my chances that much better. I'll let you all know when I hear from my tests.

I have a wrist monitor too and mine seems to be pretty "on". Just watch your pressures the best you can and take it easy! About 2 weeks postpartum I was using my wrist montitor and found my bp shot up to 175/121...yikes....they got me in and finally got me on the right meds. But anyway, I am glad they are running tests, but don't hesitate to call back if those sky high numbers come back!

I had a wrist monitor at the last pregnancy, it actually turned out to be showing 20-30 points lower than the doctor's office. This time, I have an auto machine and took it in to the office to make sure that they "agree". My thoughts are that it does not do much good if they do not agree and I have better piece of mind.

Yeah, it was a wrist monitor. I asked the Dr if I should just not mess with the wrist monitor (after he said it might not have been accurate), and he said to just trust it more if it wants to stay up, instead of inching down. That makes sense to me.
