3 more days and then Wednesday morning bright and early my son will be born. It is so surreal to me. And praise God, I have not had any symptoms of pre-e. I have had my meds adjusted a couple of times because my bp kept creeping up, but nothing else. My bp reacted immediately to the med change, my kidneys stayed functional and my liver panel always came back normal. I could not have asked for a healthier pregnancy. Thank you all for your prayers, I know they worked.

Never mock denial as a coping strategy... it's worked well for me through 3 deliveries [;)].

Relax and just focus on what's important, taking care of you and getting both of you safely home in just a few days. Babies don't need much more than a few diapers, a onsie, a carseat and lots of love. That's all mine ever had to hand when they were born... in fact I sat at the hospital for hours just waiting for DH to show up with a carseat... because we hadn't bought one yet [:I].

Wishing you all the best and a smooth ride to having your baby safe in your arms.
