I am so sorry for your loss - and you too Gloria. Mine was only 6 months ago - but I know the pain will always be with me, to some extent.

Hugs

My loss is much more recent, but I truly know how you feel. I have heard many women say that no matter how long it has been the saddness never goes away. I guess I was hoping that it would. I will be thinking of you and your family.

So sorry for your loss of Callie. I am coming up on 6yrs in January and I so understand. I have 2 amazing, wonderful boys, but there will always be an empty place in my heart for my daughter.

Thinking of you today, hope it is as easy as possible.

I lost my daughter Callie to severe PE and HELLP. I was induced when she was just shy of 23 weeks because my condition was deteriorating fast.

I am still riddled with guilt about being here when she is not and over things I could have done to prevent this from happening in the first place.

I am blessed to have a 12 year old son (also born early 31 weeks due to PE) who is happy and healthy, but I still feel Callie's loss daily. My son desperately wanted a little sister.

Thank you to everyone on this forum for listening. Today is such a horrible day, and to top it off, I had to come to work.
