I'm having a low key day. I've hated Mother's Day ever since my mother died. I hate it worse now.

I'm going to garden, cook, go to the gym and clean the house.

My mom said she'd understand, even months ago, if I didn't want to do anything for Mother's Day. But, I decided that since they'd never met Aaron, now would be the best time. So, we're all going to the cemetery that day. Then, we'll order in for delivery from a Thai place. Then, we'll look at Aaron's photos, too. However, I can always change my mind, if I wake up in a bad mood or place. That's happened a lot this week. Aaron could've been born on Mother's Day since his EDD is 5/14.

I'm skipping it too! I am just going to stay at home and not talk to anyone. Hopefully my own mother will understand.

I decided that I'm not going to do any of the Mother's day stuff. I sent cards to my Mom and Grandmother but that's it. I am going to call my Mom tonight and tell her that I won't be calling either. It's just going to be the three of us that day - staying in watching movies and having a pj day. And I'm going to get my tattoo then instead of the 19th.

Jenette...you should do whatever you want on Mother's Day. I am planning to spend the day starting a flower garden in a corner of my yard for Elliott. You gals will be in my thoughts and prayers. Maybe we can plan a chat for later Sunday evening?

Me too Jenette! :( It is so unfair that we have to spend Mother's Day without our little ones! Great big cyber hugs to you!!
