Hey guys!
I haven't been on the forum in a long time! Since September, I believe. Just wanted to share whats been going on since I've been gone. I got pregnant in July-my 2nd pregnancy total. My first was my sweet Mazio who is doing great! A crazy toddler :) Unfortunately my pregnancy didn't last long. Neither did my first one with Mazio. This 2nd pregnancy though ended in September on the 29th. I went in for a routine check up for my 12 weeks and they discovered that my baby's little heart stopped beating. We never were able to determine the gender for certain, but I felt strongly in my heart that it was a little girl. I even named her, Eleora Lynn Exposito. Eleora means light of God. The meaning meant a lot to me. I found out later that the reason she died was because I had a partial molar pregnancy. Basically 2 sperm fertilized one egg and my baby ended up with too many chromosomes. So for the past 2 months I've had to get weekly hcg blood work to make sure my levels were going down. If they were to rise then that could mean there are abnormal cells left over from my d&c and that could lead to cancer. Scary..I know but fortunately my levels went down and I am now,as of a few days ago, in the negative with my levels.I now must get monthly hcg checks for 6 months before we can ttc. Hubby and I have read up and spoke to other specialist of this disorder and have found that 5 months is sufficient waiting time.So April will be my ttc month. I still have the %10 chance of getting preeclampsia and a 1 out of 100 chance of getting another partial molar pregnancy. Its a bit nerve wrecking at times but I am a firm believer in God and His hand in my life. I know whatever happens He'll get me through.

I just wanted to come back and update you ladies. Hopefully the months will fly by and I'll be pregnant again and have a beautiful healthy baby to take home and a healthy pregnancy!

Thank you! -Jennie
