Just wondering how you are feeling today? I hope everything is ok, please keep us posted as you are able.
Re : Swollen Feet Normal BP....Help!
To meet the diagnostic cutoff for preeclampsia high BP is needed. However any significant (30/15) elevation above normal non-pregnant baseline is of concern and warrants closer monitoring.
However it is possible to have HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, low platelets) without high BP or significant proteinuria.
With the pain you are describing and your history, I would feel more comfortable having repeat labs done. At the very least I would call my doc to see what they recommend. As you know lab results can change from day to day, even within a matter of hours.

Ok so right now bp is 120/82 and I am still feeling dizzy, headaches off and on and spots still --- but now I am having "The excruciating rib pain" off and on...waiting still for liver enzymes tests from Monday afternoon to come in tomorrow.....debating on if to go to hospital.....will keep you all updated....

I agree with Alanna. A headache that won't go away with Tylenol is very concerning & enough reason by itself to call in. Don't feel like you have to sit at home & suffer.
Re : Swollen Feet Normal BP....Help!
Does your doc know about the headache and facial sweling? If Tylenol isn't helping I would pick up the phone and call. Even if it doesn't turn out to be PE, you shouldn't have to suffer without some relief.

Well, Tylenol doesnt touch this headache. The spots are all the time now. They began today. I had tunnel vision with my first but again my BP was high. I will call if anything changes but I wouldnt know what would be any other symptoms. I already feel "faint and dizzy"....
Re : Swollen Feet Normal BP....Help!
Hopefully they are just calm because your BP is normal & you aren't dipping any protein. I'm glad they still did blood work!! 7 lbs in the last week is concerning as are headaches & dark spots. Does Tylenol help the headache? How long do the dark spots last? Did you make sure your MFM knew about these additional symptoms? If anything changes or gets worse before Wed. don't be afraid to call in ok?

So....I go to Dr. today and would you believe it BP 128/83 and no protein in my urine dip so MFM Dr. is not to impressed even though I have in the last 48 hrs alternated between headaches and dizziness and now seeing dark spots. They did some Pre-E blood work and I am to return on Wed. I dont know what to do at this point because I dont feel "right" and my hands and face are beginning to swell. To top it off I gained 7 lbs in the last week. Does it make sense for the Dr. to seem so calm???
