Each year there are dozens of events throughout the US to help raise awareness about preeclampsia and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. They are coordinated by amazing patient advocate volunteers in the community.

Promise Walks generally fall in May & June to coincide with May as Preeclampsia Awareness Month (#PreAM) as well as to recognize the importance of Mother’s & Father’s Day. (It also means nice weather for most locations!) Our planning season starts in the Fall, so we'd love you to join!

Most walks are approximately 3 miles (or 5K) in areas that are conducive for families with strollers, and include room for additional family-fun activities before and after the walk.

Fill out a volunteer application at www.preeclampsia.org/get-involved so we can network you with other volunteers in your community and get you started on your way to "Making Strides and Delivering Hope"!
