| Sadly ladies we have delayed our TTC until February 1. Hubby has a major issue to deal with and we will be home from it on February 1. I set and figured that if I diet and lost all the weight I can before I get pregnant again and get myself and my liver healthy, I may not have any complicatins with my subsequent pregnancies, given I have fatty liver and having to cut all bad fats out which I must say has been very easy and I have dropped a few pounds! At the advice of my 3 drs, I am going to go on the South Beach Diet. I done this diet last year and dropped 80 pounds. So I am headed there again but this time I won't stay on phase 1 for weeks LOL. So until then I wish all of you the best! |

| That sounds like a good plan Delissa! Losing some weight will probably make you feel better all the way around! That's what I'm trying to do right now too (lose the baby weight) and it's hard, but we can do it!!!! |

Hi Delissa,
I think that sounds like a very sensible plan - I know you've worried about waiting due to age, but I don't think you should because you've been getting pregnant easily. Don't rush and do everything you can to get yourself in the best position before TTC again - at least that you put you in the best frame of mind when you do get pregnant.
Thinking of you

Thanks all of you. I just want to live! I started my diet yesterday and it is so increibly easy. I want to get my liver heatlhy so I am healthy and the baby wil hoepfully be healthy and I can get to atleast 35,36 weeks. I don't want to leave my wonderful husband behind and wiht a new baby. This is a good step but at the advice of my psyc doc, I had to prioritize the things that would make me have a unhealthy pregnancy, my liver being the first then my hubby's life event. She also advised me to do the ovulation kit so I would know almost exactly when I got pregnant and in turn will take the guess work out of it and help my drs. I feel so caught and consumed and have a million questions and even more why's. One thing I wonder is when I was having the signs and sypmtoms, why wasn't anything done? Why was I let go? Did letting me get so bad put me in these shoes of possibly not being able to have kids now? Where is it right for me....I have to live the rest of my life like this! What if I have liver trouble in years to come? My mind is a fog. There are so many unknowns' about HELLP. Thank you all for your support. You have been wonderful! Happy Holidays! |
