Re : Just Curious

I don't know what that means. I have twice weekly NSTs and a weekly BPP now. Both my NST and BPP are on mondays then I have another NST on Thursdays. I've never been told those would conflict?

<t>I think the other big number besides the 300 is 5,000. That indicates severe pre- e. One of the others can correct me but I believe that's the number. <br/> <br/> As for the NICU, I live in a tiny town and the nearest level 3 NICU is 2 hours away. Re : Being Discharged

<t>I'm glad you get to go home for a bit! My doc did say he was going ahead and diagnosing me pre-e this last time I was in the hospital. My protein is only 284 but that is up from 240 a couple of weeks ago. He said that it's so close and with my PIH and other symptoms like swelling, vision, etc, it...

Re : crazy bp reading

I sneezed the other day when taking mine at home and got a reading of 163/133. I took it again 2 minutes later and it was a very normal 125/84.

I chalked it up to the sneezing. Maybe you coughed or flexed or something while the machine was going?

<t>I was getting spikes and that's what led me to L&D last weekend. They doubled my labetalol to 400 mgs a day and kept me to do the 24 urine and bloodwork. After a couple of spikes my BPs evened out to 110s/70s at night, 120s/80s laying down during the day, and 130-140s/90s whenever I sit up. M...
