Re : Possible for PE to just go away?
My symptoms got significantly better when I was on bed rest. maybe you are taking it easier so it's helping your body deal with the blood pressure and stuff?

Re : Scared and not sure what to expect
<t>Like you I had two trouble free pregnancies then this third - whew! I was 27 weeks when I was diagnosed with PIH. After three weeks on strict bed rest they put me on labetalol for my blood pressure. I did have to spend a weekend in the hospital at 32 weeks to adjust my medication but so far, so g...

Re : Going Crazy * UPDATED*
<t>I know the exact silver sparkly that you describe! That's what landed me in the hospital for the weekend last time. Well, that and all the other symptoms I was having. They upped my BP meds and that combined with bed rest pretty much resolved my symptoms for a few weeks. <br/> <br/> I'm glad your...

Re : Intro and questions!
<t>It seems like everyone's path is a little different but I was diagnosed at 27 weeks (looking back I had symptoms before then but my blood pressure was out of control at 27 weeks). I was put on strict bed rest for three weeks, then labetalol 100mg 2x a day. That controlled my blood pressure for a ...

Re : 29 Weeks and need help!
Just from my experience with how fast things can change when you have PIH, I would try and find another doctor or go back to my old one. At the very least moniter your blood pressure at home so you can know if your blood pressures are rising. ((((hugs))))

NST questions
<t>Monday I had my NST and the baby failed the first 20 minutes. They had to come in and shake my belly and poke and prod and she finally had two good accelerations and so we were "passed". I also had a BPP and the baby looked great and is growing well. <br/> <br/> Then today I had another NST. The ...

Re : Do my eyes look yellow? (pic)
<t>*lol* It looks fine to me too! I can sympathize with how you are feeling. I have a headache again and my floaters are back and it feels like I'm starting a mental checklist of stuff to worry about! I have a feeling I'm going to have a whole list of symptoms for my doc on Monday. In the meantime g...

Re : how did you deal financially?
<t>Luckily enough I'm a stay at home mom so the lack of my income doesn't matter. However, my husband wasout of work for 6 months when he broke his back and we had no income for a couple of months while i searched high and low for a job. #1 call your mortgage company. They have loan modifications wh...
