Mine didn't turn into pre-e with this pregnancy yet and I'm 29 weeks. With my first, I had severe pre-e and delivered my daughter at 28 weeks.

Bummer! Hopefully they are able to watch you more closely this time and you will make it further. Bedrest can extend things quite awhile in some cases.

Left side is best but right is okay too. Back sleeping is what is bad because it compresses an artery.

I would keep monitoring it and if you get a few more readings like that I would call the doctor. If it's only one reading it might just be stress but if it is a trend you definitely need to call.
