Re : protein to creatinine ratio? **UPDATE**

<t>The protein:creatinine ratio is usefulfor estimating proteinuria. It seems to be almost like a screening tool. If you are in the normal range on this SPOT (that is the name for this test) you definitely are not spilling diagnostic amounts of protein. If you test in the abnormal range - your total...

<t>I caved and looked at a copy of my placenta pathology report from this pregnancy. It was small ( 320 grams - less than 10 %-ile). I had 5 infarcts ranging in size from 1 cm - 3 cms (so all small at least!). It was also patchy with fibrin.<br/> <br/> I just can't make placentas it appears :( Both ...

Re : How long to stay on baby aspirin?

<t>I stayed on my LDA up until delivery as well - I was told it wasn't a big risk. Obviously I hope you get an answer from your docs - but my emergency c-section went great ( well as great as a C-section is) and I had no additional issues from the LDA. I stayed on it for about a week after delivery ...

Re : Newborn preemie feeding. Timed interval or demand?

<t>I did every 3 hour feeding with my little guy (not really early at 36 weeks - but tiny and under 5 pounds). Once he started to consistently gain weight we went to on demand feeding. He was about a week old. So I think if your babies are gaining - you can try to let them go a little longer some ti...
