Re: tonsils out
Thanks for your input. My son has stomach issues and the antibiotics makes it worse so that is why we are keeping him on Mirlax. The dr even said to up the dose if necessary. Good idea about the yogurt. We are giving him a chewable pro-biotics. I just want this to be done and over with!

tonsils out
Hi ladies. Luke has to have his tonsils out ASAP. We are on a wait list. We are definitely scheduled for April 11, but he has to be on antibiotics until then. Anyone been on antibiotics for more than 20 days? That is just so upsetting. His poor tummy. We have been on and off antibiotics since Feb 2....

Re: Pumping
Congrats on the baby. When Luke was in the NICU, I would take a photo album of his pictures with me into the pumping room and flip through it when I pumped. I would also bring a blanket that smelled like him with me to hold. After a while, (I did this for 3 months since he was so little and sick) I ...

Re: Poor egg quality
I feel for you and understand your frustration. My FSH is 12 and IVF is our last resort too. Have you done IUI along with Clomid? We did 2 months of Clomid with back to back IUIs and 4 months of Femara with back to back IUIs each month. From my experiences, IUI's raise the success rate but don't rec...

Re: Procardia and PE masking-Update
My friend is holding her own. They said her vision loss was a visual migraine due to hormones. Glad it was not PE.

Procardia and PE masking-Update
Hi girls. I had PE at 28 weeks so I know all to well the symptoms. What do you think of this situation? My friend who just turned 34 weeks on Sunday and is on procardia for an incompetent cerivx said she had a floater in her eye twice yesterday. She also had a headache. I said call your dr if you ar...

Re: birth control and PE relation
I was only on bc for 6 months and that was 5 years prior to having my son and having PE. My dr. will not put me on the pill now because I still have hbp 4 years after PE.

Re: Baby in NICU for one month now
Hugs to you. I too had a 28 weeker. Mine was on the oscillator then the vent for a while and had lung damage and scarring. I was told to watch out for germs so daycare was a dicey situation. What I ended up doing was going back to work after 5 weeks after my c-section. My dr approved of it since I w...

Re: Preeclampsia Study: Progesterone AND Baby Aspirin
What a coincidence-that is my hospital in MI and the dr that would take over IF I ever become PG again. I would have tried to apply but as I read the last line-no chronic hypertension. Due to PE, I am now chronic. Bummer. Hopefully, you can do it. Good luck! Thanks for the info!
