Re : PCOS? Or Feritilty Treatment before PE?

Ohhh. . .and to follow up, I'm currently 30+ weeks pregnant with a second child, and I conceived her just on Metformin (and just 6 months after having my first daughter). I guess having a baby does jump start stuff a wee bit[:D]

Re : PCOS? Or Feritilty Treatment before PE?

<t>I have PCOS and I was on Metformin and Clomid to conceive my daughter. I highly recommend Metformin in addition to clomid, just for it's "anti-miscarriage" properties. When I lost my first pregnancy to miscarriage (conceived just on Clomid), a different RE told me I should have been on Metformin ...

Re : Easter Drama

I'm sure all that you experienced on Easter was painful, and I understand why. . . but remember Easter is a time of rebirth. . .Those painful experiences really could have been signs from your angel that she is still with you and strong in spirit!!!

Re : What a difference 1 yr. makes / Drake update

<t>Thanks for the update and very glad to hear that everyone is doing well. I remember your posts from last year. . .and what a coincidence. . . I just ran across some of your old postings today from last year when I was searching for some information, and in the old posts, your DD was sick at that ...

Re : Back on the ttc wagon this summer ...

It sounds like the second opinion was just the reassurance you were looking for, and I'm glad you've gotten some explanations and peace of mind regarding trying to get pregnant again, and that you and Josh are on the same page now about it. I wish you nothing but the best in TTC!

Re : Chronic hypertension in first pregnancy

<t>I believe that several of us "chronic" girls are on atenolol (some in combination with another med, for myself I'm on atenolol and amlodipine-Norvasc). I was on this prior to pregnancy and still now at 30 weeks into the pregnancy. I had terrible trouble finding medication combination that actuall...

Re : Seeing Rainbows!

<t>Although I'm not a highly religious person, I'm very "spiritual" and I believe there are things far greater out there than we have here on earth. I completely believe what you experienced with the rainbow is a sign from Aaron. Unrelated to pregnancy, I remember driving one day to the hospital 60 ...

Re : L&D 3 times

I sure can sympathize with your situation. I understand the concept of being greatful for going further than the previous pregnancy, but on the other hand you feel like your sitting on a ticking time bomb. I hope you continue to ride it out without having to be hospitalized. Hang in there!

<t>[:o)] Uggg, rolling my eyes too Caryn about the IRS considering that advertising by mentioning the doc's name from the study who is also on the PE Board. . . . but I "get it."<br/> <br/> Yes, the greenjournal study (& the link you put in) is the one I was referring to in regard to the lower b...
