It does sound like a growth spurt - her body is demanding that your body makes more milk. Be careful, the bottles can confuse the message and may interfere with your supply meeting her demand.

I am not an expert - but I have not heard anywhere that bp meds cause problems with labor. Hopefully others will chime in on this too.
