Re : Fatigue, now easy bruising

Have an immunology panel. Same thing happened to me after Cate. Except I ended up with severe pe postpartum with her. Had mild PE when the decision to deliver was made. Anyway, I was exhausted, bruising, mouth sores, etc. There is some auto immune issue going on.

Re : Medical Records...

<t>I think they are giving you the runaround. Even if you don't think they did anything wrong, they will be holding up records (especially where a child died) to go through a legal review. My mil had to actually sue the local hospital to get her medical records when she had meningitis. They DID do s...

Re : baby on the brain

<t>Nope not nuts. I was the SAME EXACT way after Sara. Not that way with Cate now though, lol. I had Sara on June 28th. Must have been the hottest day of the year. My hospital didn't have central ac. Each room had its own. I remember walking in and saying you want me to have a baby HERE. It's too ho...

Re : Subsequent high-risk pregnancy and insurance

<t>I have federal health insurance as I am a federal employee. They paid everything from the transnuchal scans to repeated beta draws with Cate because of my anxiety to early USs to weekly NST and BPPs. I think after everything with Cate, they paid out close to 30k? She wasn't a nicu baby. If she ha...

Re : Good online source for preemie clothees

I think I might have some boy preemie clothes that still have the tags on it that I would be willing to sell. I had all girls. I think I have three or four sleepers. I'll have to check. PM me if you are interested and I can send a pic.

Re : IUD Users? TMI

<t>My IUD actually perforated and was found in my left abdomen last October. I felt like I had a bad case of the flu. I had bad pain on my right kidney side. It got worse and worse. I figure it was perforated about a month before I ended up in the er with severe right sided back pain. I thought I ha...

Since so many have asked about rainbow babies....

<t>A friend of mine posted this on a website. I think it defines what a rainbow baby is clearly. <br/> <br/> “A Rainbow Baby is the understanding that the beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of the storm. When a rainbow appears, it doesn't mean the storm never happened or ...

Re : For those advised not to try again

<t>With Kirsten, it was because I almost died. I had her in Belgium when we were military overseas. My Belgian OB said never again. My military dr said never again. Then he softened and said not in Belgium. We do not have the facilities to care for you. <br/> <br/> After doing research, I took a lea...
