Re : My list of questions for my doctor tomorrowUPDATE

Thanks Debbie. I'll be sure to be very careful and remind my doctors of that if the phrase "just PIH" is used :)

Re : My list of questions for my doctor tomorrowUPDATE

<t>So, my doctor's appointment went very well. I kind of scrapped my question list because I immediately got the feeling of concern and comfort I was looking for. The doctor came and got me out of the examining room and brought me to his office. He was very open and receptive to my questions and con...

Re : Q about PE and gap between pregnancies

My list of questions for my doctor tomorrowUPDATE

<t>I am going to my doctor (actually, another doctor in the practice) tomorrow because my husband and I are TTC again and I want to take charge of my medical care this time. I'm looking for feedback on my list of questions and suggestions for more questions that I may not have considered. <br/> <br/...

Re : Aren't there any uneventful second pregnancies!?

<t>Thanks ladies. That makes a lot of sense. Although if I have a perfectly wonderful second pregnancy I'll make absolute sure to come tell everyone about it! <br/> <br/> I've discussed things with my doctor and I have an appointment on Wednesday with another doctor in the practice JUST to make sure...

Re : In the hospital Update

I just read that a baby born at 34 weeks has over a 90% chance of survival. I'm sorry that I can't remember where to cite, but perhaps that will help your decision?

Aren't there any uneventful second pregnancies!?

<t>I've been trying to feel better about TTC after having PIH throughout my first pregnancy and PE 5 days postpartnedum. Everything has since returned to normal and my baby was big and fat and healthy. <br/> <br/> I know that I have a 40% chance of developing it again, but if you read these forums, ...

Re : BP Issues Still after 6 Months PP

<t>My bp spiked postpartum and I was on a low dose of Procardia for 16 weeks before it just returned to normal. My doctor actually told me to throw out my bp monitor because I was taking it 3 times a day as well. I agree that the lower readings might mean you're getting there, I think your body need...

Re : a very general question

<t>Aaah...thank you mom29. You know, while I do trust my doctor and feel very comfortable with her, I can see others in the practice being a little reliant on it being "just PIH." I have an appointment scheduled with another doctor in the practice to have him look at my chart and give me kind of a "...
