It could be just bloating. I know with my pregnancies after my first, I would get pretty bloated pretty quick and have to start wearing bigger pants. It usually went away after a few weeks

I am on Lovenox and baby aspirin and started that around 10 weeks but that is only because 10 weeks was the first time I could see my MFM (I had recently changed doctors).
