I'm a maternal and child health researcher... the standard definition (which they most likely used) of "neonatal death" is death during the first 28 completed days of life; "post-neonatal death" is death of a child age 28-364 days.

Oops, sorry - I didn't mean to break forum rules...

Unfortunately, NASSHP is no longer making their membership public (at least on the website), so that is why I've been trying other ways to narrow down to a MFM with specific interest in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy...
