Re : Delivery soon?

<t>Welcome to the boards! Each doctor will probably have their own preferance as to what they will do with what results & under what conditions, but I wanted to share what has happened with me. With my PE pregnancy last time, I had delivered via emergency c-section at 35w6d due to 24hr. protein ...

Re : Advice on losing the baby weight

<t>I was in the same boat after having my last child in May 2008 & then miscarriages in both 12/08 & 5/09. I had actually joined a local gym & walked 1-2 miles each day on the treadmill, in addition to walking with the children if it was nice outside, taking them to the local park, or sw...

Re : how did you deal financially?

<t>When applying for assistance, they only count the current gross income (income before taxes) for the entire household. They will want to know the amounts of your monthly expenses, how many people are in your household, & any assets that you may have(such as CD's, bank accounts, vehicles, etc....

Re : how did you deal financially?

<t>I would suggest looking into any financial aid programs your state may have. You can qualify for foodstamps, medical, and/ or cash depending on your needs & what you qualify for. Some states also offer mortgage payment assistance to help you pay 1 or 2 payments. Also, look into any of your cr...

Re : Worried & need some reassurance please....

<t>Thanks girls for all of the advice. I was in the process of calling the OB today to see if I could move up the NST or the c-section in fear of the weather, but instead they ended up calling me before I got the chance. The OB decided to move the NST/BP check scheduled on friday from the office to ...

What is the purpose of NST's?

<t>With having gestational diabetes with insulin, in addition to preeclampsia this pregnancy, my OB has been ordering NST's (nonstress tests) twice weekly for quite a few weeks now. While I understand they are to check on the well being of the baby, I'm really confused as to why, I feel, he is waist...
