Re : anyone with no underlying disorders?
I, too, have no underlying disorders, and yet I had four pre-e pregnancies. 2 were mild, and 2 were severe. I didn't do all the testing possible, and now I'm not planning on being pregnant again, so I guess it will always be a mystery.

Re : dizzy spells
<t>I had several dizzy spells and feelings of vertigo during my last pregnancy. I even had to stay in bed for a few days because I was too dizzy to stand for long. I put myself on an iron supplement because I thought I might be anemic. It helped a lot. I also stopped exercising and tried to eat more...

aching legs postpartum - anyone else?
<t>I am 9 days pp today. Baby is feeding like a champ and I am feeling pretty well. BPs haven't gone back to normal, but are within the 130/80 range, so I'm not worried. However, my legs have been aching the last few days. They are not painful, but just bothering me. The ache is at the back of my ca...

Re : How Early Did You Start Showing With #2?
<t>I've always started showing about the same time even though I've made it full term. I can keep out of maternity clothes until well over 20 weeks. So I think if your weight is the same, you can expect a similar period of time as your first pregnancy. I'm sure you can keep your future good news und...

So Blessed
<t>We had our baby girl -- Kate Michelle -- on Monday. After BPs up for three days (155/95 being highest) everything was just right for delivery. The induction took just 8 hours and I even got to sit up on a birthing ball and walk around a bit, something I've never been allowed to do. I was just shy...

It's time . . .
<t>Induction set for 6am tomorrow morning. I'll be almost 38 weeks. Glad that it's finally here since my BP has been up since Thursday and I feel pretty cruddy. I've been feeling some chest pain off and on for a few weeks and it seems to be a bit worse. So now I'm just trying to stay calm and hoping...

Re : Can BP Meds Mask The Progression Of PE - Updated
<t>Wow! I'm so glad your story has a happy ending. I hope your little girl does well and grows and grows. It is so good that you pushed and went to the other hospital and got the help you needed. Sounds like things good have been a lot worse. I hope you can rest up and feel better. You've been throu...
