This is the only pregnancy where I've been sensitive to salt and I made it the furthest. With both my girls, I felt fine and normal up until a couple of days before both were delivered.
I have totally experienced this myself (in fact, I'm having a lower movement day myself). All I can recommend is lay down and relax and do a movement count. Eating a little sugar helps me, too. I find I'm often simply too busy to notice.
