Well I called LD that night and had a conversation with a nurse. She said she thought it sounded muscular, but if the pain didn't subside to come on in. I laid down for a while and felt better the next morning.

I don't know my official baseline unfortunately. I think my bp started in the 110s/60s. It was down to like 90s/60s during my second trimester!
