I had an MRI that showed renal stenosis - and when I went for the angiogram it turned out the stenosis was an artifact of the MRI.
It is so nice if one of us has something fixable - I hope this does it for you.

Re : What is it about 24 weeks?
<t>I'm still angry at God that He didn't give us 24 weeks and a chance. At least I would have delivered Francesca into a chance of life instead of certain death and not have to live with that the rest of my life. Why couldn't we have had 24 weeks?<br/> <br/> After 24 weeks the baby has an increasing...

Re : Toll-Like Receptor 3 Activation During Preg.
<t>When I lost Francesca, the hospital had a cluster of three of us with preeclampsia at 20 weeks, one about ten days before and one a day or two later than me.<br/> <br/> I was hit with one upper respiratory infection after another in that pregnancy, viral, bacterial sinus, viral - felt constantly ...

Re : i am sinking
<t>I am so sorry. The only thing you can do is stay away from the clueless (even your own family for a while); lean on those who do understand. Your skin will toughen with time.<br/> <br/> If you can find a pregnancy/infant loss support group it might help a lot. To be with women who've endured that...

Re : Angry, numb and confused - UPDATE
Oh - my MFM said it was better to wait two or three cycles before ttc - better quality eggs. For what it's worth, the first miscarriage came when I conceived with the first ovulation after 8 months non-ovulatory, and the second when I conceived the first cycle after the first loss.

Re : Angry, numb and confused - UPDATE
<t>I've done both D&C and natural after missed miscarriage - it's easier to get testing done if you have the D&C. If you want to bury the baby, it's easier to go natural. You can still bring in the placenta for testing. Physically neither was hard on me, but I know women who've cramped badly...

Re : my pity party -feeling so rotten, jobless
<t>Thanks, Rosemary. Temp, travel, per diem nursing all require experience. If I'd taken it slower and worked p/t as a tech or unit secretary I'd have an in; those seem to be the only new grads getting hired at all. I started applying for those positions but have no idea if they'll hire a nurse for ...

my pity party -feeling so rotten, jobless
<t>After I lost Francesca, I wanted to protect other babies and women from PE. Really wanted to be an OB/GYN, knew family finances wouldn't allow it, didn't want to miss out on my living children growing up, thought of nurse-midwifery, went to nursing school, realized I wasn't emotionally up to hand...
