I am so sorry for what you are going through. I can imagine how much more difficult it must be being so far from home. After reading through this thread though, I'm thankful to know that you're now being monitored so closely.
I will be thinking of you, and praying for you and your little one.

Re: Retinal Detachment & Vision Loss due to PE
Christina, I will send you a private email, but wanted to post here as well in case there are others that read through this thread later. With my first pregnancy in 2003, my preeclampsia went from bad to worse very quickly as well - and my eyesight went along with it too. I was never diagnosed with ...

Re: Question about my vital Stats and risks of PE
Lornarose, I'm so glad that Emma is home and healthy! I haven't been on the Forums in some time but it still seems like, "What are my chances and when..." are the bazillion dollar questions...! I must've asked this question to a dozen doctors and hundreds of women here. If I remember correctly - and...

Re : Do I go to L&D again?
<t>Like Sush said, preeclampsia can come on quickly - very quickly. We've had members that were fine at a morning appt and in full blown HELLP that evening. I don't say that to scare you, but just to let you know that you're not wasting your time in L&D - even though I'm sure it can feel that wa...
