Re : Noah's reflux and question
<t>Like Kara, we had a difficult time getting Alyssa on meds at all. Our regular pedi didn't want to do anything because she was growing okay, so we called our NICU follow-up clinic for an appointment. There she saw a neonatal docs in addition to a developmental pedi. They just saw how much she spit...

Re : naps
<t>I am envious of all of you. My kids will not take naps at home. At daycare, they will sleep like everyone else but at home, it is more of a fight than the cranky attitude I have to deal with at night. Sometimes we go on a car ride just so that they will fall asleep in the car. I do try to enforce...

Re : Seriously....protein, already???
<t>I had trace protien early on in both my second and third pregnancies. My MFM wasn't too concerned about only a trace reading since I was being followed so closely each week and because he said in his experience most of the women he had seen with early onset PE and/or HELLP tended to have early pr...

Re : numbness in abdomen after c-section...?
I was numb too. It's gone now but it took a long time for it to go away completely. I had some numbness even up to a year later.

Re : Turned down for life insurance
My husband did not qualify due to triglyceride and cholesterol levels. No HP and no evidence of heart disease but just because of the current levels.

ankle casting
<t>Has anyone's kids had to have casts for toe walking?<br/> <br/> Alyssa doesn't really toe walk but she doesn't walk evenly on her foot and doesn't put all pressure on her heels, so the Physical Therapist has brought up serial casting (like done for toe walking) to stretch her tendon. It is 5 wks ...
