I haven't talked to my OB since the hypothroid diagnosis. I guess I'll see what her opinion is on keeping me and what her plan would be. I'm still waiting on my levels to stabilize so I'm not in any rush to get pregnant. Thanks for the advice!

High Risk OB?

I had pre-e with Grace and was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. My regular OB said they could manage my care at their office if I were to become preganant again, but now I'm wondering if I should see someone with more experience with these issues. How do you decide?

Hi! I'm from Charlotte. I was diagnosed with PIH around 30 weeks and PE at 36 weeks. Grace was delivered by C-section at 36 weeks and weighed 3lbs. 2ozs. She spent 23 days in the NICU. She's now a happy, healthy 10 month old. I'm glad to see some other moms from Charlotte!
