Re: Weight Loss Support Buddies, Spring!

Okay, I'll start:

Current weight: I am honestly too ashamed to say.
Change from last week: +2
Goal weight: 120 (that's a normal BMI for someone of my height)
Anything else: I would love to start TTC in October, so I'm on the weight loss fast track!

Re: Just had a thought...

My very dear friend ended up with pre-e @ 32 weeks with her twins after a month of hospital bedrest. She had no other factors except for IVF. Her doctor inferred that her pre-e was because of the twins and now she's under the impression that if she has a singleton next time there will be no risk wha...

Where did the weight loss buddies go?

I can see a weight loss buddies thread for the holidays, but nothing after that. Is there a thread somewhere? If not, does anyone want to join me in re-starting one?

Re: Expectations

My son was a 32 weeker (now 3.5 years). He definitely developed according to his due date, not his delivery date. Now that he's 3 1/2, he is FINALLY in the 50th percentile on the growth charts. Up until now, he's always been in the 5th percentile or less. Overall, he's doing great. He has asthma and...

Re: Dr. E in Seattle? Should I go?

Thanks for your reply. I went ahead and made an appt. with him. Wouldn't it be a crazy and totally random coincidence if we're scheduled to see the same person? ;) Your appt. is much sooner than mine- I'd really love to hear how things go. (Nice to see another Oregonian on here. We just moved here 3...

A question about my funky BPs during pre-e

I've been reading through the boards here and something has struck me about the blood pressures people have been listing: they are almost always listed as a high number over a low number (for instance, 170/90). When I developed pre-e my BP was 117/177, so the high number was on the bottom. I have re...

Dr. E in Seattle? Should I go?

I live in Oregon and Seattle is just a short drive from here. What would be the benefit of visiting Dr. E for a consult? How much would something like that cost? I'm 100% positive my insurance wouldn't cover a consult like that. I'd like to get as much insight as possible before TTC in late 2011, bu...
