What a natural miscarriage is like

Hello everyone, I have been around this board for a while, but I don't post very often. On Monday, we lost pregancy #3 at 9 weeks probably due to blighted ovum. I wanted to share my story b/c we opted for a natural miscarriage instead of a d&c. There is very little good info on what a natural miscar...

Re : 3rd pregnancy could go better?

I was told I have a 75% chance of having PE again. I'm trying to get as healthy as possible by working out and eating right before trying for baby #3. Up until PE, I've never had any real health issues before. Keep us posted.

TTC and Mirena

I think dh and I may have the guts to try again. Just wondering how long did it can take to conceive after the Mirena is out? Does your body have to cycle through a few months, or are you good to go? What was your experience?

<t>Hi Amanda, Sounds like you are getting great care. As great as these boards are, don't consume yourself with them--they will only increase your anxiety. When I was on bedrest, I discovered facebook. :-) Hopefully, the next few weeks will be uneventful for you and you will have your beautiful baby...

Re : how long from diagnosis to delivery? and other ?'s

It sounds like your dr gave you a good list for when to call. I was borderline PE beginning at about 32 weeks with high bp. Once it officially showed up in my labs at 36 wks, 5 days my dr went ahead with the c/s.

Re : Mild Pre-E & ?'s

Have you tried taking your bp at home tonight? Are you seeing sparkles and headache now? If so, don't wait...like the other ladies have written--squeak, squeak, squeak.

Re : Work Blood Pressures

With my first one, mine was always higher at work (I taught first grade) but once I was home for the summer it settled down until near the end. My dr did ask to make sure that I was not working with the second one once it started creeping up.

Re : Update on pregnancy #2

Yes, you will get through this. If you're confortable ask if you can be seen more often even if it's just for a BP check with the NP. Prayers and hugs to you!
